Your home is more than just a roof over your head – it’s also a financial resource. Use it to access a larger loan on favourable terms to achieve your goals, such as renovating your home or purchasing a new property.
Open the “Loans” section in the app, enter the amount you would like to receive in the loan application secured against your home, and we’ll prepare an offer for you.
17.12.2025. New tool – “Retirement planner”!
In the Pension section, enter your income, liabilities, and savings to see whether your future purchasing power will stay at today’s level. The tool helps you understand if you’re on the right track and adjust your financial habits if needed.
09.10.2025. Payment recipient verification
Now, before making a payment, the INDEXO app checks whether the recipient’s bank account holder’s name matches the one you entered. If there’s a mismatch, we’ll let you know, and you can decide whether to proceed with the payment.
09.09.2025. Option to receive an additional consumer loan amount
Whether you are a new client or already using the bank’s consumer loan service, we have created the option to borrow an additional amount of a consumer loan.
What does it mean for you? It’s simple – for new clients, it’s the opportunity to borrow more thoughtfully and, if a little extra is needed, to borrow additionally. For existing clients, it’s a way to get the necessary financing without waiting for the full repayment of the current loan.
22.05.2025. Mortgage loan refinancing
If you already have a mortgage, take a look — you might be able to reduce its costs or receive an additional amount for home renovations or other needs. In the INDEXO Bank app, you can now apply for mortgage refinancing and receive an offer within 10 minutes.

You can now conveniently view your Second Pillar pension savings, contributions, returns, investment plan, and manager in the INDEXO Bank mobile app—even if you are not an INDEXO Second Pillar pension client.

We have added the recurring payments feature. Set the date, amount, recipient, and frequency, and the payment will be made automatically. You can edit or stop them anytime. Available for everyday payments, topping up your savings vault, or contributions to the 3rd pension pillar.
20.11.2024. Adding Beneficiaries to the 3rd Pension Pillar
We have introduced the option to easily add beneficiaries to the 3rd pension pillar. Additionally, biometric identification—document and face scanning—is now available for registration using a Latvian non-citizen passport.
