Are there limits on payments?
Yes, for your financial security, a standard limit is set for payments – up to €2,500 per day. If you’re planning a larger purchase, we encourage you to consider increasing the limit in advance, as the review process may take up to 1 business day. Please note that we do not process limit increases on weekends or public holidays.
You can view and change your current limit in the “Limits” section:

How quickly are payments processed?
If the transfer is between INDEXO Bank recipients, it usually processes within a few seconds.
Instant transfers are processed within a few seconds if the recipient’s bank accepts instant transfers.
Standard transfers are processed on the next business day, depending on when the recipient’s bank and the Central Bank approve the payment.
Are payments to a phone number safe?
Yes, as secure as any other payment.
How to make a payment if I only know the recipient's phone number?
To make a payment in the INDEXO Bank app, open the “Send, Request” section then click on “Send money”, and choose the “Link” option from the existing contacts – there you can select various options to send the request.
