The implementation of the transaction has been supported by the shareholders of both IPAS INDEXO and IPAS VAIRO. INDEXO plans to complete the acquisition of IPAS VAIRO in the near future.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction foresees that IPAS INDEXO will acquire 100% of VAIRO\u2019s shares.
