From 2020 to 2024, T. Gr\u012bnbergs served as the Head of Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer at Industra Bank, and prior to that, he spent nearly five years as Head of Credit at Danske Bank\u2019s Latvian branch.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cINDEXO Bank is continuously growing, and the risk management function is becoming increasingly extensive. Considering that we are already among the five to six largest banks in Latvia by number of private clients, we are seeking knowledgeable and talented professionals to join our team. Toms\u2019 extensive experience will be a valuable contribution to the future growth of our bank,\u201d says<strong> Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Management board and co-founder of AS INDEXO Bank<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Toms Gr\u012bnbergs\u2019 professional development is closely tied to his work at Danske Bank\u2019s Latvian branch, where he held various positions related to lending and risk management from 2008 to 2020. In 2020, he joined Industra Bank as Head of Risk Management and later as Chief Risk Officer, a role he held until August 2024. Subsequently, T. Gr\u012bnbergs worked as a consultant on financial projects, including initiatives related to the European Union\u2019s InvestEU program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>T.
