J. M\u016brnieks has previously served as the Head of Retail Banking at AS Citadele Bank and joins INDEXO Bank with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Meanwhile, the former Head of Development for the Retail Banking Segment and Board Member of INDEXO Bank, Vladimirs Bolbats, has accepted the challenge to continue his career in international financial markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I would like to thank Vladimir for his energy and enthusiasm. He has been one of the key people in preparing the bank for operation and during its first months of activity. I wish Vladimir success in his future professional career. I am also pleased that we have managed to find a &nbsp;dignified replacement for Vladimir \u2013 J\u0101nis M\u016brnieks. J\u0101nis has both substantial previous experience and, most importantly, the desire to achieve positive changes in the Latvian financial sector together with the rest of the INDEXO team,&#8221; says Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Management Board of AS INDEXO Banka and one of the founders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2021 until the beginning of this year, J\u0101nis M\u016brnieks was the Head of Retail Banking at AS Citadele Bank, and before that, he held various senior positions in UniCredit financial group companies, including being the Head of UniCredit Leasing in Latvia and Chairman of the Board of UniCredit Insurance Broker. J. M\u016brnieks has also worked within the UniCredit group in Milan, Italy. He holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Business Management from RTU Riga Business School, as well as a Bachelor&#8217;s degree with a specialization in banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon leaving the board of INDEXO Bank, Vladimirs Bolbats emphasizes: &#8220;This has undoubtedly been the most interesting phase of my career so far. It is a unique experience to establish a bank and develop products from the ground up. With the introduction of the mortgage loan product to the market in the coming weeks, a wide range of services for individuals is ensured. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team and am proud of what has been achieved.
