The price per one share is EUR 10.15. The subscription period lasts until April 25, 2025, 3:30 PM. In the new share issue, INDEXO plans to attract up to 4.06 million euros, to promote further development of the bank, including the initiation of mortgage lending. Alongside improving existing services and introducing new ones, this capital raise will help the INDEXO Group reach its break-even point in the fourth quarter of this year (before credit loss provisions).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The share issue by INDEXO is carried out in accordance with the approved Prospectus, which is available on INDEXO\u2019s website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indexo.lv\/investoriem\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.indexo.lv\/investoriem<\/a>. In the new share issuance by INDEXO, a total of up to 400,000 shares will be offered. Investors can participate by purchasing at least one share, priced at \u00a0EUR 10.15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLeveraging our strong position in the pension management market, we have built a bank, which has attracted over 32,000 clients in just a few months. By participating in the new INDEXO share issue, investors have the opportunity to become shareholders at the early stage of a local financial group\u2019s development.
