St\u016brmane joining the bank&#8217;s management, L\u012bga Katr\u012bna K\u013cavi\u0146a is stepping down from the Management Board of AS INDEXO Banka and will take over compliance matters at the pension management company IPAS Indexo. L. K\u013cavi\u0146a will continue to serve as the Chairwoman of the Management Board of Indexo Atkl\u0101tais Pensiju Fonds AS.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Evija St\u016brmane&#8217;s candidacy for the position on the Management Board of INDEXO Banka has been approved by the Bank of Latvia and the INDEXO Banka council, and the changes have been registered with the Company Register. The Management Board of INDEXO Banka also includes Valdis Siksnis (chairman), Vladimirs Bolbats, Ieva Bauma, Gints Ozoli\u0146\u0161, and Ivita Asare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Evija St\u016brmane is an experienced manager with more than 20 years of work experience in the financial sector and is a certified Anti Money Laundering specialist (CAMS). Since 2020, E. St\u016brmane has held various senior positions related to anti-money laundering and the prevention of terrorism and proliferation financing at Swedbank, and before that, she gained significant management and business experience at Luminor and Citadele banks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, L\u012bga Katr\u012bna K\u013cavi\u0146a will apply the experience gained during the establishment of INDEXO Bank to the INDEXO pension business.
