1. Transactions with IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d shares<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On 28 July 2022, IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d received notification regarding transactions with shares of IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d from persons closely associated ith persons discharging managerial responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The announcements indicate that a closely associated person SIA \u201cDVH\u201d (reg.no. 50203040781) has transferred its shares of IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d as a result of reorganization. Information on the reorganization of SIA \u201cDVH\u201d is also provided in the IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d prospectus on public offering, listing and admission of shares to trading (with data on the moment of approval of the prospectus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the closely associated persons \u2013 limited liability company \u201cPERFECT MATCH\u201d (reg.no. 40003663126), limited liability company \u201cVSCAP\u201d (reg.no. 50103872951) and SIA CROSSHILL CAPITAL (reg.no. 40203341487) \u2013 have acquired part of the IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d shares transferred as a result of the reorganization of SIA \u201cDVH\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rest of the shares of IPAS “Indexo” belonging to SIA “DVH” have been transferred to SIA \u201cDZIELA\u201d (reg.no. 40203125512) and SIA \u201cIJ birojs\u201d (reg.no. 40203000109), which are persons who are not required to report in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 596\/2014 and who do not acquire a significant holding or at least 5% of voting rights in IPAS \u201cIndexo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Losing of a significant holding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Along with the transfer of IPAS \u201cIndexo” shares as a result of the reorganization of SIA “DVH”, SIA “DVH” informs that it has reduced the number of voting rights in IPAS “Indexo” under 5% and that starting from 28 July 2022, SIA “DVH” no longer own shares or voting rights in IPAS “Indexo”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Obtaining of a significant holding<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Simultaneously with the acquisition of IPAS “Indexo” shares owned by SIA “DVH”, the limited liability company “PERFECT MATCH” informs that it has increased the number of voting rights in IPAS “Indexo” to over 5% and that starting from 28 July 2022, the limited liability company “PERFECT MATCH” owns a total of 8.44% of IPAS “Indexo” shares. Similarly, Henrik Karmo, the sole member of the limited liability company “PERFECT MATCH”, informs that he has increased the number of indirect voting rights in IPAS “Indexo” to a total of 8.44%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, the limited liability company “VSCAP” informs that, by acquiring part of IPAS “Indexo” shares belonging to SIA “DVH”, it has increased the number of voting rights in IPAS “Indexo” to over 5% and that starting from 28 July 2022, the limited liability company “VSCAP” has a total of 6.45% of IPAS “Indexo” shares. Valdis Siksnis, the sole member of the limited liability company “VSCAP” also informs that he has increased the number of indirect voting rights in IPAS “Indexo” to a total of 6.45%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
